    rockford does tell you not to crank it all the way which means you shouldnt run it 100% right out of the box. others tell you that too. some people do though and dont care. hell, i could hear the difference though from a sub i havent used in a while. i was playing it for a couple of days, and its getting louder and louder everyday.

    yea some say breaking 20hrs at least. my T1 i went easy on for 2days now i play it full tilt and its still begging for more..which means i need a new amp..but i would say play low level for 10 hrs mabey :blush:

    I've never really had any sort of vision blur...It's seemed like I have, but it's just the mirrors shaking that tricks me into thinking my eyes are shaking. And it's hard to breathe in my car, so it's not like it's not hitting hard.

    same here i have a little vision blurr but you can feel the bass hitting on your chest in the driver side where i sit but i had a couple of chicks sitting in the back seat and they said you can feel it hitting on your heart.. :lol: so i guess its all where you sit

    I'm not so sure about that. My sub has only ever seen like 250wrms so I can't be doing that good. My amp doesn't offer 8 ohm power ratings but its 500wrmsX1 @ 4 ohms (supposively) so that means like 250wrms @ 8 ohms which I ran it at forever but was blurring vision pretty good. Then I wired down to 2 ohms and was kicking ass until I blew my amp bc it isnt 2 ohm stable and its being serviced now and it seems like its gonna be forever before I even get it back.

    damn that sucks well if your giving it 250..and it blurrs your vision i think thats good

    Did you buy your current box? That thing looks so tiny and looks to be tuned at like 60hz. That is just my guess I have no idea.

    Right now the sub takes up practically all of the box so it doesn't even have much air to move at least inside the box at all. Once you give that thing some air to move around and a lower tuned box it will be like twice as loud as it is now. B)

    serioulsy i think the sub is about as big as the internal of the box..i wouldnt be surprised if it has the air space of a 12 to work with..i bought it and it isnt even a properly built box either you know how a port has a l and w ...well this box only has length.. :lol:

    BTW, another scam is a paypal scam where they email you and it looks official and say there was a problem in Oct and we need you to sign in and verify something. When you sign in they steal your paypal ID and password. I just got this email about a week ago and ignored it then signed into paypal seperately to make sure there wasn't a problem and there wasn't.

    yea that kinda thing happens on myspace alot.. they show you one thing when your signed in and when you click on it you have to sign on again...now people have bullitens posted when they were at school all day saying "women arent lying when they say size matters" its funny shit but it always happens on guys profiles.

    lol if it blows then it gives me an excuse to get a better one. And i wouldnt be loosing anything since it was free. I just look at it as 6 months of free bass lol. Gives me some time to save up for a type R 15 or T1 15.

    get the T1 im telling you civic... i know i went to best buy around christmas to get a box for my other 15 b/c i didnt want to make a good one for a shitty sub, but to make a long story short they dont carry boxes in the store.....how the fuck dont you carry a box in the store if you're selling subs n amps?

    Same scenario in "King Kong in da Trunk" By Jibbs ft Chamillionaire-

    they keep showin an open trunk w/ what looks like maybe 2 audiobahn 12's in some old school and thes best setup I saw was 4-L7 10's or 12's in an SUV.

    Just makes me laugh to see folks w/ all that $$ and even doing a song about "how you can hear em from next block" and they sho some average or weak setups.

    Tha L7's truthfully would prolly slump but i'm into "maximizing" your avail space. I think there was a bunch of room left over in that suv. Surely if Steve and many others can do 4-15's, 4-18's or 8-15's (Blockshaker) you could squeeze more than 4 12's in there.

    But i do agree that many rappers "pose" w/ some cars that arent theirs and in my eyes that hurts their image severly. A poser is a poser, even if he is my favorite rapper/artist.
