  1. Sounds just like a v-twin! Sweet none the less. If your using windows try out Vegas Movie Studio 11 HD for editing. Works great with the go pro especially if you do any slow-motion.
  2. I get my ring terminals off eBay from Xscorpion. You can get a pack of 10 gold/platinum 1/0 gauge for $10.98 shipped.
  3. My old BL 10 was tuned to 31.4. I also had two 12 inch BL's that were tuned around 32-33. The BL's certainly like the lows.
  4. Thanks guys! And yeah no gear . In the middle of summer it gets 100 degrees down here and wearing full leathers gets a bit hot. I had a helmet on at least LOL.
  5. No one really made any decent videos on this bike so when I bought it I decided to make one. Hopefully I'll take it to the drag-strip soon. Oh it only had 41 miles at the beginning of this video. Great break in period, right? Now that it's broken in a bit more it's a lot more powerful. It will pull the front end up at 100mph with ease. Not nearly as fast as some of my other bikes but this is basically a dirtbike on the street with a 1000 motor in it.
  6. Bigger as in puts out more for my system? Or bigger as in size? I just want the best for my setup between the Kinetic 1200 and the XS d975. So Kinetik I'm taking it?
  7. It was in fact open on either side. There was a piece of thin metal somewhat blocking it from going too far, so I just had to wedge around that. Thanks for the help everyone!!
  8. Oh I also have a friend with a 2 channel 1500 Autotek I just remembered. Honestly u'll probly be getting 60-75% of 2000. Whichever one you have. If it says 1200rms@1 then I'd guess that's your answer lol. Careful running it at 1 if you do it will overheat quick.
  9. Not too bad at all, it wasnt sealed off from the back so it made for a quick pry with a bent up key-ring LOL.
  10. Good news!!! For this particular amp, there is holes in the top (Fosgate 25 to life power 1000), and I was able to..................... Before Hmmmm a hole......... Maybe just pry on this here a little........ HELL YEAH!! After
  11. I tried some glue but I'm scared to use too much. I tried a tiny tiny tiny screw and so far this thing is tighter than a virgin and not wanting to come out.
  12. Figure of speech lol but I'll try the sticky tack idea sounds possible.
  13. It's about 1/8 inch inside the hole down in it can't get to it with needle nose
  14. Any tricks to get it out? I tried a magnet, idk any other tricks besides drilling the whore but I don't wanna hurt the amp.
  15. Sweet video man you will fall in love with a GoPro. I love the sound of that v-twin. Try a tank mount pov that's my fav. I've got a very similar video to this I made a long time ago.. And another of a tank mount pov.
  16. I had an Autotek 1000.2. It was a good little amp. It didn't put out 1000 but for the money is was a great little amp. My Autotek would always get hot after a while. No experience with your amp specifically though but decent brand for the $$$.
  17. A little extra cubic footage won't hurt. Although your specs sound bigger than 7 cuft.
  18. I had an Fi BL 10 it was a monster. I'm getting two 15 inch BL's in a 7.5cube box ported to 31. The box is a little small but you'll love any Fi sub you get. What size box are you putting them in?
  19. I was researching online and came across the specs. http://www.memphiscaraudio.com/tasks/sites/default/assets/File/Mid2008EnclosureRecommendations.pdf It recommends a minimum of 6.0 for two in a ported box if I have my model number correct... They're 15-M3MOJO15Q, right?
  20. Oh I plan on it being easily and completely removeable. The 4 channel amp, line driver, and whatever component speakers I go with will be semi permanent. The extra batteries and subs+amp will be removed any time it's not going to a car show or competition. My daily already has a setup It just got old. That's awesome though I also have a 73 and a 84. The 73 is completely original with less than 35k miles it's my baby.
  21. Yeah I will definitely be upgrading everything in the long run. I think Crandis can vouch for me that yes my electrical is plenty up to par LOL. The front Kenwoods (6.5s) are rated at 80rms each. And as for the back deck, I have no issue cutting into that its got a roll cage sticking through the original 6x9 holes, I just plan on having to cut more anyways. The doors are out in the open and are all pretty so those I'd like to leave alone. Oh and as for the box, yes it is built to spec. I may be getting two 15 inch Fi BLs they would also be perfect in the box. PS: Crandis, how do I add pictures on the thread? I only figured out how to add on my profile picture.
  22. Yes the speakers will be on a Kicker ZX350.4 amp. I have to have 6.5 inch component in the front doors and it has to have a 1 inch tweeter. It's just the way the door is cut right now and I don't plan on cutting anymore on the door. I need to match two Memphis Mojo QVC 15's on a ZX2500.1 sitting in the back seat . If not the ovals in the back, then two more 6.5 component/coax speakers? I'm trying not to spend too much.
