Depending on what that department is doing wrong, taking the departments funds, laying off cops, to closing down a part of the department cuz who really wants dirty cops out on the streets , it will just make the department clean up its act so they don't have repercussions

I agree the sounds of bullets in a fire and bullets being fired from a weapon sound completely different . Who knows maybe the people who live there might of had bullets in the house . But let's see how this plays out it just sounds like nobody really knows what the hell is going on
