  1. anyone know if its gonna cancell or not? i wanna start building lol.
  2. true that. man to be honest with you...i used to have 2 12" type r's they werent bad...but when they got stolen i saved my cash for a while, and bought a t1k rockford amp and a 15" Fi bl. and trust me. its worth it to wait for shit. you may be mad you dont have bump at first....but when it all comes together....you may be out bumping your friends.
  3. i dont have a way to sketch it but i was using RE box calc so if you go here......http://reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html and type in these demensions youll have a idea. width-34.5 height-17 top depth-25 bottom depth-25 sq port width-5.5 sq port length 2-3 maybe that will help.
  4. i havent made the box yet. i have 2 sheets of mdf to start making it with. but i have the specs. w-34 h-17 depth-25 tunning 33hz 5.3 cubic feet
  5. if i could id fire both up or both the same direction. but i dont have the space to have both of them side by side....which is why i was wondering if it would cause any cancellation.
  6. If i made a box for 2 subs. had them in the trunk of a car and faced one pointed up in the enclosure and one pointed towards the rear of the car....would there be any cancellation problems?
  7. as long as its as loud or louder than my single 15 fi bl.....then im happy lol.
  8. lol hell yea. now i just hope that these diamond audio d3s will pound.
  9. ok nice. i didnt know how acurae it was. and i didnt wanna do it by hand.
  10. so 5-6 cubes should do the trick? nice. anyone know where i can use a nice box calc to make the box with. i used RE box designer b4 and idk how acurate it is.....so if theres a better way let me know.
  11. weell i dont want it dead on but im just wondering what would be a good size for them. its going in a 2000 oldsmobile intrigue. i have a fosgate t1k the subs are 500 rms 1000 max
  12. well i got 2 15's on the way. diamond audio d315d4. and ive looked and looked and cant find the recomended airspace these things require. anyone have any ideas? last time i asked this ? no on responded so someone plz help. im gonna be competing if i can get this built in time..... thanks in advance justin
  13. yea im leaning towards the d3s too but idk the box specs to build an enclosure for em. and little italy i had a bigger amp than the fosgate t1000 when i had the Bl. i bought the 1000 after the bl blew.
  14. whats the rms and peak of those? and do they make a 15" in the lower lvls?
  15. i dont really have a preference on subs. the Fi Bl was what i always wanted....but it blew. those are just 3 that i found that were under 200 bucks. it can be a little bit more expensive but not much. it needs to be a 15 tho.
  16. i just want it to be as loud as possible for that price. i had a 15inch Fi Bl but it blew and tech support wont give me a quote on a price to fix it so im gonna get different subs. i loved my bl tho
  17. size? and i prolly should of told you guys i have a fosgate t1000 power amp.
  18. ok well im getting a decent amount back from good ol' uncle sam and ive decided to gift myself. so heres the deal. i have 200 bucks to spend on a sub or subs, i want it to be as loud as possible for that price or just over. i have some choices, they are.... diamond audio-D315D4- 15 inch. i can get 2 for $198 kicker-cvx15 2 ohm-15 inch-$199 alpine-type r 15 inch-2 ohm-$192 those are what i have found that i believe may get pretty loud but im not sure. let me know what you guys think. ( if you have other ideas let me know ) thanks, justin
