I worked at sonic electronix. I personally know the owner/creator Nate and he is one hell of an awesome person! And I know for a fact that their main focus is to make their customer happy and deliver fast service! I think they could make the functionality of the website a little better, But as for customer service and resolving an issue, they couldnt get much better!
