Ya when i do purchase my wheels and tires il most likely go Thru a friend of my family that owns a wheel and tire store. But those will be simmilar to what im looking at

dont settle for simmilar... get the real deal... Toyo, Mickey Thompson, Parnelli Jones, Goodyear, and there is no better tire for towing than a Michellin!

Ok good we dont get the most snow here but i leave hear to go farther east in the winters and there they get sometimes like 3 feet over night and i dont wanna be screwed the next day also do you think there would be any way to mount a snow plow on it with 7 inches of lift with some custom work or would it just spin out

you can put a plow on there, but you may need some snow chains to get the job done!!! ;)

Ya it was just an idea since this will kinda be a work truck/ off road truck but it dont matter ill just use my dads cummins in the winter for plowing if not it was just a thought since plowing is hard on trucks might as well be on this truck since its for work and school

  • 2 weeks later...

Ok scrap the 2500 I am getting a 1998 1500 regular cab short bed 4x4 so this will be just for quads and lawn mowers not Bobcats or that stuff anymore I still do want to do the same lift size as before 8 to 10 inch Thanks

still a cool truck, my previous ram was a '98 1500 4x4. all suspension rulz still apply, because that thing has a d44 front straight axel. you could do a 7-8" lift slap some bush wacker fender flares on it and 38" mt's FTW or hellz, no flares and 36's are still BIG! :) downside is i smoked like 3 trannys in my '98 with just 35's and 1 or 2 quads in tow... ftl
