aharmon904 Posted February 7, 2011 Report Posted February 7, 2011 whats guys, fisrt off its been a while since i bought my last subs. my ast set up was two diamond audio d4 12's with a hifonics brutus 1500D amp run 1 ohm stable. sounded great punded hard. i was looking at the alpine type x subs but i want lounder bass, so im thinking about the type r's but i dont know which ones the 2ohm or 4ohm? also which amp? i like hifonics mono class d amps, but which would be the best et up for me. btw its going in a 92 integra. help....
Ford302Redneck Posted February 7, 2011 Report Posted February 7, 2011 The impedance depends on the final load you need. If you want 1ohm, you need dual 4 or dual 1s. Also, what's your budget? This will help us better determine what subs and or amp best fits.
