What exactly do you not like about how it turned out?

Those edges would be tough to get. What if you put some kind of trim around it? Just something flexible that would cover the edges

If that stuff people put on their door edges were wide enough and flexible enough that might work. But I don't think it's either of those things haha. idk, that's the only idea I have. Maybe someone else can offer a suggestion?

What you might be able to do is, get that flexible Chrome peel and stick that people put on their cars to put extra chrome lol, and you can put on to cover the impetfections, just a suggestion Chrome would also add a nice look to it. If not you can always paint it to match your truck and it'll still be shiny.

Small and painful update:

Well I was watching a movie with my buds and I got up when all the lights were off and I had the plexi laying against the coffee table and so with the lights turned off u can't see for JUNK and I ran into it SHARP EDGE and got a nice cut from it!

UPDATE!!

finished upholstering the front board and it's ready to b slapped on but won't b on til late late tonight cuz I've got some things to get done now!
