Biggest problem with 1/4 wave is that it doesn´t take into account the panels, type of leather of the seats (fuck english haha), seats positioning and a lot of other things, it only helps you with the cabin gain, funny fact, my bother had a Renault Twingo with leather seats and sunroof, i had a Renault Twingo without sunroof and it wasn´t leather seats (fuck english again haha) , well, according to 1/4 wave our cars were 60 hz if i remember correctly, what do you know?? mine was 58 hz and his was 62 hz , same model, same year and everything!!!

But once again, 1/4 wave can help you out if you don´t own a sensor, is not 100% accurate but it give you a very good starting point!!
