Checked the fit Ran it around the copy mill, braced the sides so nothing shifts (made that mistake once and learned from my mistake) So here is the final product Here is what happens when you forget to brace the master piece from moving. The sides will be done tomorrow. I ordered a pocket hole jig so I can build from inside the trunk. I should be ordering my carbon fiber tools next week. Going to order some led's, and some more goodies for the build soon. Got the second baffle completed As always I left a lip to router clean Routered clean Got the port flange recut: I wanted to be able to remove/load the subs without cutting the front baffles open. So I made the smaller opening 13.5". So I recut another port flange. So I check the fit against the port. Seems like it will work well. Will router the edges clean tomorrow. Then I think the building is done and it's time to do the final assembly.... More tomorrow!
