My guess is that you're saying the guys who would use the CCA as if it were copper are going to end up in trouble. What if, someone looking to run between 3 and 3.5 k were to use a run of cca, which is rated at 250 amps at 20', were to only run it to the first row of seats in their Dodge Caravan. Would it be possible to fuse for 350 amps or even 300 with that wire seeing as the run is less than 20' or should they be using copper? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
