bmph8er Posted March 13, 2011 Report Share Posted March 13, 2011 ok i got my double alt bracket on and im going to be using 2 stock alts. 1 if from a 04 yukon 145 amp and one is a 105 amp stock 5.3 alt. i have a 3rd alt ill be changing out the 105 amp out with from a 04 tahoe. its another 145 amp. so ill be running 2 145 amp alts. but the thing is the stock 105 amp alt has a 2 wire plug and the plug that came with my double alt kit has 4 wires. should i only wire up the center 2 wires like my stock alt or what. thanks 2001 gmc seirra 5.3 auto 3.73 locked rear, long tube headers, offroad y pipe, duals, cai, black bear tune, 2/4 drop, 22s, rockford fosgate mods and highs and 4 ab hd 15s and a ab 750.1 1995 civic 1.5 auto slower then hell, dropped on coil overs, ex hub caps, 2 12 trunk, have 450 bucks in the car and gets 35 mpg 1992 s10 being bagged, shaved, and small stereo. right now a pile of parts Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
