What do you think?

Hey guys im runing a 2200 volfenhag amp and it was working, the amp will turn on but when it trys to push the 15s i have, you can feel it in the speaker trying to move them but it doesnt what do you think is wrong? i have a good ground and its geting good power

when did this start happening? not to be a dick but volfenhag doesnt exactly have the highest standards in quality.

edit: have you checked all your wire connections to make sure they are nice and snug?

yeah i checked them just now, and it happend on my way home it just stoped working but i got the amp to turn back on now do you think the amp broke?

if you can see your 15's moving but you just cant hear them or it's not as loud as it should be, try reversing the polarity on one of the subs, they might be out of phase. i've had the problem before and it was a quick fix.

unfortunately it doesn't sound like it's that quick of a fix.

check both subs to make sure they're not blown. (push them down and listen for any scratchy sounds)

if you have any other subs, test those out on the amp. if they don't work then it's probably an amp issue.

double check all your amp connections. make sure there's absolutely no bare wire hanging out.

you could have bad rca's. if you've got another set, try those out and see if it fixes anything. i've had output problems because of that.

if you've tried all that and it still doesn't work, you've got a bad amp that probably needs replaced
