fox_racin4 Posted March 21, 2011 Report Posted March 21, 2011 so i was at finals in OH got the chance to try an SD12k in my truck, got it hooked up and found out the RCA inputs were loose/broken so took it out, and put my AQ3500.1 back in and played it a bit.. now.. i used to beable to clip the amp at vol. 52 and sub volume +3, when i hooked the AQ up i was able to go to vol. 58 and sub volume +4 and was getting a little clipping.. was ALOT louder said sweet...now i have more power!!! got back in truck about an hour later and i wasnt able to get past vol. 52 ,sub volume +3 without clipping electrical is up to par, 425A alt 6 big G31 batts no voltage drop at all wtf is goin on?! 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole
RickyFriery97 Posted March 21, 2011 Report Posted March 21, 2011 any changes in the setting on the headunit besides sub? with my sub off on my headunit i can get the gain about to 3/4 on my AQ2200D and volume about 30/32 with barely clipping but if i turn the sub up on the headunit it clips alot faster 2014 Chevy Silverado Crewcab 1994 Chevy Full Size blazer

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
