The lvl 4 IS safe to run sealed. And on the amp you have honestly make the box to the bigger of what DC recommends for it. Box is already made. 1.2 - 1.25 ft^3 before displacement. Could I add a little poly to make it seem bigger? If it sounds distorted back down. By ear > dmm IMO.
