Correct charger for AGM cells?

I picked it up at walmart for $30 and heard some good things about charging. It seems really cheap to me, almost too cheap, but I heard they work pretty well.

I was recommended an SC-122A, but I saw this version instead at my local walmart.

Anyone have experience with this charger? It has a 2a/4a/6a charging capabilities, so for the AGM cell I would put it on the 2a slow charge. Are there any contraindications for using this charger for my XS batteries?

That is very low amperage for a charger. It's more like a maintainer. Optimal charge amperage is 15amps. There have been a few that have posted up some bad experiences with those chargers.

Oh I was under the influence that AGM cells always be charged at 2 amps of current?

I would love to buy the XS charger, I support XS all the way, but unfortunately there is still stuff to be done in my build and if I can get away with a charger that will work adequately for that price I will go with it.

But here was the one I was originally recommended by several people, some from here on SMD.
