enerlevel Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 hello all, a friend of mine is selling me a 15" lvl4 xls. after a google search, the only thing i got to know is that this version is also called as the lvl4 xls/ team version xl / xl spl . now the website has the info on the normal xl but doesnt have this specfic xls version listed..... so can anyone give me the main basic difference between both the versions please.... the woofer is D1 and the amp i will b running is dd z1. thanks.
etaks_crew Posted April 8, 2011 Report Posted April 8, 2011 I believe, and I could be wrong, that the Team version used to be called the SPL version. The SPL/Team version has no pole vent. I believe it has a tighter gap more oriented toward competition. But after they seen how well they preformed on a daily basis they changed the name from SPL to Team so people didn't think of them as a competition only sub.

(15")
