Nice job.

I would go a little bigger on the box.

6.5 sounds good to me :)

Thanks :drinks:

You think so? Why do you say that?

6.5 cubes and 80-90square inches of port at 32-34hz sound good?

You're not putting a great deal of power ... Bigger box = more efiecoent

13.8 square inches per cube ... I'd do 105 - 120

hows 6.56 cubes 116.25 square inches of port (17.72 per cube) tuned at 32.7 Hz sound? 1 inch dowel for bracing

that box will fit perfect between the wheel wells of my tahoe and i think it will look better

sub up port back

sub on the far right and port on the left

That sounds better IMO

ims take your advice and build that one :drinks: hopefully start on it this weekend

If you were putting a 3500 on it, the I'd say 5.5 - 5.75 but for the power you're using, might as well have the box a little more efficient.

1/0 grommet and where the 1/0 will run

Gotta get another grommet for ground

All wiring will be hidden under the back seat ;)

wasant easy drilling a hole or cutting the carpet in my new truck

but it will be worth it!! :yahoo:
