If I place smaller fuses in the fuse block will that lower the amount of power the cars electrical will use?

For example: my brake lights and door chime are on the same fuse. I have removed the chime, if I lower the fuse amperage will It save current for the system?

No. The fuse is to protect the wire when it goes over that amperage. You will just blow fuses easier

You can reduce draw by swapping to led lights and only using whats needed. Like your wipers, the draw little to nothing when there turned off

Best way is to upgrade your power supply ie power wire, big 3, alternator ect
