When I crunch the numbers in torres box calculator I get a different volume numbers and tuning frequency. Can someone tell me if i am doing something wrong. Below is all the information and my numbers in Torres calculator. Subs: 2 DC XL 15s Amp:DC 5k Specs: Enclosure: 34 x 27 - 3 Top/bottom 34 x 17 - 2 Front/Back 25.5 x 17 - 2 Sides Dowl Rod 25.5" - 2 -------------------------- 7 Cubes @ 33hz 2 6" aero's Tube length = 10" what I got in torres calculator I wasn't too sure how to calculate dowel displacement Edited April 17, 2011 by bre2ts Quote Feedback 1 | Feedback 2 you win some, you lose some Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The dowel displacement will be Pie (3.14)*Radius*Radius*Length of dowel/1728. now with that said.. im working on my config for these exact 2 subs as well.. im having a hell of a time... That is what is screwing everything up for me... maybe external port?
