How do I match Mids ant highs?

Say I'm looking at a tweeter with a sensitivity of 108db and can handle 100wrms. And I'm looking at a mid-range with a sensitivity of only 100db that can handle 100wrms. If they're both on the same channel of an amp wouldn't the tweeter be louder than the mid-range? Wouldn't that also result in a poor sound stage with the tweeter being louder than the mid-range?

This is one "pro" with running active (with a good sound processor). You could eliminate peaks.

Would you be using a passive crossover. The speakers are supposed to get the same power. Idk what'd be louder though.

How can they be on the same channel unless you have a passive crossover
