would haveing both my amps gronded at the same point cause altanator noise? low anoying nosie comeing from subs

Not if it's a good ground. Try to sand down the area of your car that you're going to ground the amplifiers to, and if possible, use the same ground for everything. Multiple grounds makes it harder to pinpoint exactly which ground may be causing engine whine.
