So I'll be doing a short build log for a buddy of mines.

He wanted a system which would keep him under the $700 budget. He's never had one before and was happy with his 6x9's, until I convinced him to try one out.

Little does he know he'll be bit by the audio bug like the rest of em'. :rofl2:

Right after receiving my alternator, UPS showed up. I awkwardly stared out my window anticipating what the driver could possible be getting.

To my surprise it was gear!

Equipment.

Subwoofers: Two Alpine Type-R D4Ω

Amplifier: One AP1500.1

Wiring: Off brand RCA cables, KNU Power/Speaker Wire.

So today I woke up early and decided to begin working on the box.

Mind you this is my first box build ever! I'm actually quite happy with the results.

I decided to throw on its first coat of primer today as well.

The painting method I chose to do was: Sand>Primer>Sand> Primer> Sand> Final Coat> BIG ASS DRAGON. These are all rolled on no rattle cans here. :fing34:

Tomorrow I will most likely have finished the painting process, and complete the install!

I'll keep it updated!
