89boxchevy Posted May 14, 2011 Report Share Posted May 14, 2011 i got 2 re audio sx 12s dual 2ohm woofers and right now i have 2 usamps xt2000d going to them 1 amp to 1 sub at a 1 ohm load. Ive had this setup for yrs now and i wanna upgrade my amps just dont no what is the best bang for the buck. i was looking at the audioque amps???? suggestiond plz 89 Chevy Caprice (is under construction) dual alts 4/0 welding cable for wire red top under hood 3 yellow tops behind the front seat ( who needs a back seat anyways lol) big 3 of course Eclipse 3000 interiors are getting rebuilt now 2 crescendo bc2000 2 shocker sig 12s rebuild pics Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
mrclutchy420 Posted May 14, 2011 Report Share Posted May 14, 2011 either a rockford 2500.1 or a kicker 2500.1 or a alpine 2000 md if i remember right, reason why is 2 dual 2s = 2ohm load these amp put out good power at 2ohm yet stay efficent and sound very clean. and you stress your electrical less because of higher ohm load and your only running a single amp so less wire and less operation if you know what i mean :good: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
