For example, if I want two 3" ports and WinISD said port length 21.52", would I divide 21.52 by 2 or is that the port length for each port?

Even Torres Speaker Box Tuning Calculator said "Two 3" ports with length of 21"". I searched for an answer but even google couldn't help me. lol.
