Mikesmith0890 Posted June 10, 2011 Report Posted June 10, 2011 Well I've been trying to find a decent spot to mount my tweeters. They are being ran active off my 9887. I've tried mocking up different locations and I really just can't find a spot that sounds good to me and doesn't kill the staging. Maybe I'm just crazy.. Any ideas? My car came with the mach 460 stock, and has the location for the 2.5 midrange/tweeter there, which is going to be modified to accept a 3" midrange. It's the best place for it to get bring the staging up from the mids. Thus why I'm having trouble placing the tweet. That said, if it weren't for the midrange going there, thats most likely where i'd place the tweet. Still seems that it'll most likely end up in the A pillar.
