medley123
Alright so I'm trying to make a box for my AA Havoc 15" and want to make sure all the calculations are acurate. In order to do that I need to know how much the subwoofer displaces (yes I know, very noobish question xD). If anyone knows it would be much appriciated The dimensions are 8.5" mounting depth, 14.125" driver diameter, and 15.625" overall diameter. http://ascendantaudio.com/havoc.php I had an idea on how to get a rough estimate, but for some reason it just doesnt seem right to me, so just want a second opinion. 2006 Ford EscapeHead Unit: Kenwood KDC 352Subs: (3) 15" DC XL 15s with PSI recones, 1.4 ohm coilsSub amp: DD Audio M4 (Black Version)Door Speakers: (2) Crossfire 10s, (2) Hertz Coax.Mid/highs amp: Rockford Fosgate P500-4 Electrical:XS D3400 under the hood(3) XS XP3000s in the back2 runs of KnuKonceptz OFC 0 Gauge ran to the back (1 pos, 1 neg)Excessive Amperage 300 amp alt (FINALLY!) wizart383
Motor diameter / 2 * motor diameter * 3.14 * depth / 2 / 1728 = displacement in cubic feet.Take the Q 10" for example: 11" outside, 9.25" inside, 6.5" depth = 0.126326 cubic feet, it's listed as .12 cubic feet.
