redfender_2012
Straight up its my uncles 2010 Nissan frontier He wasnt happy with the factory JUNK system it came with so I came to the rescue wisuggestion to upgrade door speakers and have a very clean install so when its all done it only looks like the head unit was replaced. He was all in but didnt have a clue what to buy and who to intall it. I told him to tell me the price he wanted to pay and to leave the rest to me 2 days in the garage and we were both completely amazed with the great improvement it possessed, granted it needs a sub to really add the little punch he would like for that all out rock soundstage setup. Why would all those audio engineers put such crap in nice cars? Oh yeah their trying to make money so if it works i guess its good enough LOL.. Anyways had to do a couple of custom brackets for the rear door speakers because no one in town had the speaker adapters so i made my own out of 3/4" mdf. ALL in ALL it was a great experience and I would really love to have a system of my own someday.... AlexBryson
Nice clean work.... how does it sound? did you do the big 3 in the engine compartment? i really dont think a big 3 would be needed for a 350-4 or whatever it was. But very clean job Quote 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS
redfender_2012
Nice clean work.... how does it sound? did you do the big 3 in the engine compartment? It sounds much better than it did out of the factory, but its still a little lacking in the bass catagory. I plan on building a custom box for under the rear passenger seat to put a shallow 8" or 10" sub, then wire the 350.4 right, left, in 2 ohm for doors(I dont care for Fader control, I will never use it) than bridge the rear channel for the shallow sub.
