Broke my Warden - Time to rebuild

Check my sig for equipment. I am tuned at 30 hertz.

I did a 148 dB in the kick with the windows down at 35 hertz, not bad but I need to re-arrange my set up a little. So I decided to abuse the driver a little bit and after a fair bit of abuse with mid 20 hertz songs, something is amiss. Whenever I give the driver some juice it makes a really loud continuous clicking "buzzing" noise.

So I took out the driver and everything is fine, no coil rub, nothing is blown, spiders are intact, I don't know. The driver plays fine, but just sounds like complete rubbish.

Anyhow I am gonna tear down the driver next week and send the motor on over to IA for them to rebuild it to a 21. I am also gonna have them beef up the spider pack a good bit so it tolerates the SAZ-4500D a little bit better.

I might make a video of the noise its making so I can hear some ideas from the SMD population.
