This is exactly why I don't own a bike. It's usually not you on the bike that's dangerous, it's the idiots on the road that don't pay attention to you. Anyways, I hope you have a speedy recovery. Second, sure, you could sue the hell out of the guy.... But have you ever heard the phrase > "You can get blood out of a turnip" ??? The judge could award you $500K..... but good luck ever seeing .50 cents. Third, alcohol fucking SUCKS ! I'd sooner smoke pot. Much less dangerous / destructive. But I quit that a long time ago too.
