nathan89 Posted October 22, 2007 Report Share Posted October 22, 2007 I am going to buy a set of Alpine Type R 12's and have a custom ported box built for them this week, and I was wondering what frequency I should have the box tuned to? I like deep bass, but no so deep that you can't really hear it.... I used to have an Alpine Type X in a ported box that was tuned to 30hz, and it sounded great, so should I have the Type R's tuned to 30hz?
