Feedback coming through front components

Here's some background on my issue. I had a car accident and had an Autobody shop repair it. When I got my car back the audio sounded fine, but when I rolled down the passenger window, the was a loud popping noise. So tonight I pulled off the door panel and pulled out the mid range and saw that a piece of plastic was now hitting the window. No problem, easy fix. However when I go to put it all back together there is now a loud feedback noise on both sides. I'm lost for ideas and could use some. Thanks.
