Dbforlife
2 aq hdc3 12's, on 1 aq2200d, Im buiding a box for my ext cab, the box i have now is like 6 cubes and hits 138 at 33 hz, way to low and not loud at all really.. so im looking to atleast hit 142-145 so im building an L port box, around 4.5 cubes before port and sub disp, so 4 cubes after- ish. Just wondering how wide to make the port from where the subs are, and how many inches above the bottom of the box to make it, along with how wide the exit should be (?" wide by 15 tall) thanks Quote 1998 GMC Jimmy 4 Dr. -SINGER 275 Amp Alternator -150 FT. bassrace
And u might want to try more like 4.5-5.5 cuft for the pair and like 16sq.in. Of port per cu.ft. If i knew how to design boxes i would do it for ya. I can give you my measurements of my 2 boxes one is 32hz tuning and the other is 38hz Quote 145.9@40hz 145.3@34hz big 3 X2 group 34 Deka Group 31 All 0/1 awg jl meta wire Alpine CDA 7894 Orion HCCA D5000 2 AQ HDC312's Crunch gpv1100.2 (for 6.5"s only) AQ pro audio 6.5" - 3 sets AQ supertweeters - 2 sets 2000 Slamry
