tlee2 Posted August 9, 2011 Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 I ran a Sundown saz 1500d at 0.5 for a year no problems never even got warm, now ive ran a saz 3500 over a year at 0.5 with no problems. Neither ones ever got hot or any kinda protect. 2loudisjustright Posted August 9, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 Ok, thanks for the responses guys. I know i need really good electrical, but i may possibly go this way. I hooked my 18's coils together last night and they actually read .6 ohms. I've been running this cheaper spl amp at .7 ohms for well over a year on my atomic 15 with not enough electrical and have messed nothing up yet.
