r1wheel68
Who here runs there wires for the rear batts, direct from alt?? What are the positive and negatives to doin so? I've been doin so for a couple years now, but I have gotten a lot of mixed feedback on where I get my power from when others can't see it's comin from the batt. So I jus wanted to see what every1 on here's opinions were on it... Who does it, doesn't do it, n why exactly u choose ur starting power points??? blownengine
I think most people hook up at the battery because it is easier and provides nearly the same results. You might get a little bit more power by taking it directly from the alternator, but nothing really noticable. 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT (Yea its got a Hemi)Alpine CDA-105KnuKonceptz 0ga CCA Big 3 with Yellow Top 15" SoundQubed HDC3DC Audio 1.2K (Bass)Pioneer 6x9's (Front)Pioneer 6.5's (Rear)Kicker 3.5's (Dash)Sony amp on the highs.
