Nitrosuperspeed Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 Hi, So i'm getting a Subaru Impreza in like a month or two, i was wondering if i will need to replace the stock head unit/head deck to be able to wire a sub into the system. I'm almost certain i will but just wondering if its possible that i won't, because it would be a bit of a hassle. Also, the Impreza has controls on the steering wheel for volume, mute, channel change etc. If i do need to change the deck/unit will i be able to re-wire these to control the new one? Also, if you can think of any ways i could wire the sub without a new deck/unit i would be grateful to hear them. Cheers.
