nick23parker Posted August 13, 2011 Report Posted August 13, 2011 I'm thinking about building a rear console for my back seat of my Tacoma and putting 2 RF P3 12 shallows in it. But i was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on building such an odd shape box or if its a dumb idea all together. nick23parker Posted August 13, 2011 Author Report Posted August 13, 2011 Its a double cab, that's the problem. I want to build a rear console that runs over the seat and down into the floor board. I guess its hard to explain through words. nick23parker Posted August 13, 2011 Author Report Posted August 13, 2011 Yes that's the idea but idk if i can get the air space big enough to allow for those subs Quote 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab 1 Rockford Fosgate P3 12 inch subwoofer Custom built ported box fit to specs of subwoofer Rockford Fosgate P400.1 Amplifier Rockford Fosgate Power 5x7 and 6x8 door speakers Pioneer DEH-P4200UB Headunit
nick23parker Posted August 13, 2011 Author Report Posted August 13, 2011 Yes that's the idea but idk if i can get the air space big enough to allow for those subs and if i put two woofers in a box back to back, or magnet to magnet. if they had like 5 inches between the magnets they wouldnt interfere with eachother or mess anything up right? if that makes any sense Quote 2004 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab 1 Rockford Fosgate P3 12 inch subwoofer Custom built ported box fit to specs of subwoofer Rockford Fosgate P400.1 Amplifier Rockford Fosgate Power 5x7 and 6x8 door speakers Pioneer DEH-P4200UB Headunit
