If this is selected iTunes will adjust the levels of the tracks. ie -10dB track will not be -10dB any more. Glad i came and checked this thread!! so do this and a lossless transfer? Just spent an hour trying to figure out why the hell I was getting immediate distortion on the louder tones even at minimal volume...
