Ithe vcm never worked correctly, Ive been on the phone with you since the first day I got it. And that was a year ago. At this point, it doesnt look like your getting any new parts. Like I have said and will always say if you purchased it direct through us then we can give you a refund. If you purchased it through a dealer, then you just need to call them and let them know we have it. They will give you a refund after they confirm we have it. Hands are tied on this one and I have no control over it. Quote
