I currently owe more then what my house would be appraised at due to the market... I am under a 30 year loan right now but with the rates they way they are i was wondering if i could refinance to a 15 year loan and basically be paying the same give or take $100. I hope i can refinance to a 15 year loan lol. Knock 11 years off that bitch and be paying less then $200 more a month.. sounds good to me.... I just looked at my shit and ive paid over $50000 to them and its only taken $6000 off my original principal... effin banks. I don't see how they can go bankrupt they make so much money off loans...
