G-Rad Posted August 23, 2011 Author Report Posted August 23, 2011 if I was goi to go Kicker, I'd go with a 12" CVX. I've decided on an AA Arsenal Now it's a matter of 12" vs 15" BASS MEKANIK RECORDS "Audio Implosion" & "SubSonic Guillotine" available anywhere digital music is sold! 2007 Ford Focus (NOTE: My cousin's build I helped him with) Pioneer H/U (4) Absolute Dome Tweeters on A & C pillars Scosche HD683A's in front doors Fosgate R168x2's in rear doors SoundQubed HDS312 in custom 2.57 Ft^3 @ 30Hz Audiopipe APCL-1800.1D Q-Mat Audio Technix 0 Gauge 119aH/850CCA Marine Deep Cycle batteries YouTube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/DWRhythm
sweendog Posted August 23, 2011 Report Posted August 23, 2011 Im in the same boat, I have a 12 and am upgrading. Just not sure if I want the 12 or the 15
G-Rad Posted August 23, 2011 Author Report Posted August 23, 2011 I ma actually go with 10's since I play a lot of everything, musically. I'm not sure. I know 10's can flus nicely, and 15's who knows. But there are ery few subs that would be able to keep up with like Morbid Angel-like double bass. I seen some subs not handle that very well. NotEnoughBass Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 My 10s in a sealed box kept up with the bass drum in all the rock I listened too. I just hated how they didn't hit the lows as well as 12s. With the AAs it wont really matter tho. Those tens will probly rape the lows. 1998 Jeep Cherokee Alpine HU Crunch Powerone 300.2 mid/highs + AP15001D bass Soon to be two OA18s Cadence coax and sony tweets Big three + All 1/0 wire Optima Yellow Top No hating on my ghetto system plz.
