I have 2 ideas in mind if you guys could let me know what you think it would be greatly appreciated So one spot is in the ash tray, so that it can be hidden away discretely.... or should I replace the factory cigarette lighter with it and be able to use those wires to power it? Your battery at your bank and at the amp are normally different, therfore I think that one that matters is what you're seeing at the amp. As for the ash tray, why would you want to ever 'hide it away' discreetly. Id rather always be able to see my voltage without having a tray open. Just my 2 cents. Be creative and you can find 20 more places to put it that would work fine.

The supply is what I am talking about when splicing the lighter out of it and the measurement wires are going to go right to the amp Best of Luck and Cheers!
