was drivin to work the other day and was listening to some music then switched to a podcast then later back to music, upon that last switch back to music i got like a half a thump and sub channel was gone. i wasnt blasting music too loud, had the sub gain to a reasonable level not to mention that the amp doesnt even come close to over power the sub. i have pulled the sub out of the box and wiring is good from sub to amp, wiring (rca's) from amp to head seems ok too and fuses are new and good too. so i guess the question is, is it possible to just lose one channel of a 5ch amp? i kinda thought the whole thing would go at once. is there anything else i can test or check?

and just if you need to know its a soundstream 405s 5ch power a single sundown sa8 d2ohm bridged at 240w

forgot to mention that i did blow (melt badly) my fuses for the first time the other day, thinking it might be related, maybe the sub channel did just give out?
