Purplehaze Posted August 31, 2011 Author Report Posted August 31, 2011 On second thought, let me explain a little bit why I have been SO EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this alternator. It has NEVER put out the amps they claim it to. My factory alt w/ 160,000+ miles charged better. And now it has went out in LESS than a year. So IMO they are a COMPLETE waste of TIME and MONEY.
