here's your lesson stevie: i bought both of our amps from high desert audio who we know is RF selling their refurbs on ebay. they both do that. i also bought a punch 400.2 that had the same noice issue and a t1kbd for my brother that had to go back under warranty because it showed up DOA. how bout some support, holler at your RF homies and say "what tha fuck homes?"

im not RF i just run their product so if you have a problem hit them up and say something about it! I guess when you buy something with a 3 month warranty and 6 months later it smokes, that is the chance you take. A brand new amp comes with a 3 year warranty (im pretty sure).

Maybe you shoulda got a new one and not a refurbished one.....

if you take that $370 to fix it and add that to what you paid for the amp, are you still saving money over a brand new one? If so i say get it fixed and call it done!
