The gauges stick from time to time or making a clicking noise. Here are some steps to fix it if you want to DIY. Then you place a strip of tape alone where the each needle rest so you can make its resting point. Then you turn each needle counter clockwise to its resting point then mark it. Turn and slightly pull at the same time to remove each needle. Be careful some of these have a wire harness connected to them for the message center.
