aero ports

ok so im making a fiberglass box for 4 12" audioque sdc2.0s and i wanted to know if someone could tell me how big of an aero port i would need. this is the design im going for.

the box will be 8cuft after port and disp. so i need to know the displacement of the port.

this is how i want the subs and port set up in my box

At least 10" diameter with flares at both ends.

Using 32 Hz and guessing the end correction, it will need to be ~20" long.

That will displace somewhere around 1 cuft, once again the exact displacement would depend on the flares.

You could always do more port area, but with flares, a 10" port will already be as big as one of the 12" subs on the baffle.

so 1 10" port 17" long with flares on each end will be good enough for all 4 12s?

You can definitely go larger, but the port will become larger than the subs.

i tubbed out my spare tire well so around 30" from top to bottom. probably more though.

ide say 25" to be saf idk how tall my box is going to be yet.

and is that 17" with the flares? or 17" long tube and like 1" flares

Well a 10" port with 1" flares would be 12". . .

17" total length.
