NsNDuc Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 Most people cut out the inner fender plastic when they do bigger rims but i have a way that you can keep it from rubbing without cutting. Tools needed: Heat gun, duct tape, empty venom energy metal can, water hose. Steps: Turn you wheels all the way and locate where its rubbing up front. It should have some scuffs from tire rolling while turning. Heat that area up with your heat gun until the plastic is somewhat moldable. Duct tape your metal can or whatever object you wanna use to the tire and turn your wheels where the venom can touches the fender wall where the scuffs are and spray water on it so it holds its shape and presto your wheels shouldn't rub any longer.
