Bootcamp. comes with every mac that has leopard and snow leopard (to my knowledge)

How do u use bootcamp? I'm not very Mac savvy

hold or tap the apple key on boot up i cant remember which it should then load bootcamp.

If you have a Intel based mac I would run vmware fusion or parallels they run better than bootcamp but not free. you would have to install one of those and the have a windows operating system installed to the virtual machine
