2loudisjustright Posted December 23, 2012 Author Report Posted December 23, 2012 I covered the wall in orange suede, but its not close enough to the orange on the car to look right, so i will prolly be doing something else later. Either finding a material that matches better, or maybe even smoothing and painting to match. Havent made up my mind on that one yet. I put everything seen here in the trunk in very quickly to go to a bass off last weekend. I will be taking this back out to do a nicer battery and amp rack. Also trying to sell the two D3400s locally so i can get 2 more D3100s and have 5 3100s in all. 2000 zx2: Rebuild with 8 12s on a 10k underway!! MY BUILD LOG

If you mean when i had the one 1800 watt amp, then yes, it is a HUGE difference. If you're talking about when i had the two xls strapped at 1 ohm on 2 PA BB2400.1's then not as much. It's still louder than when i had the two 2400s on the xls, but not as much of a difference as i thought there would be. I still need some more electrical and tuning time tho on this setup. It is louder tho, and moves more air and flexes more stuff and hurts more and i dont smell hot coils like i did with the xls!! I know there is more to be gotten out of them tho, havent done much more than drop everything in.
